Dr. Hart is part of PsyPact which means Dr. Hart can hold Telehealth appointments with clients in participating PsyPact states throughout the United States.
Occasional in-person and all Telehealth appointments are available. Most all insurance cover Telehealth services.

Cancellation Policy
Dr. Hart has a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. This policy is based on business days. If your appointment is on a Monday, then you need to cancel on the Friday before your appointment time. There will be no appointments scheduled on bank holidays unless you are informed otherwise. If you are sick with a fever, please contact the office to reschedule your appointment. If you do not provide 24-hours notice, our office will charge a late cancellation fee of $150 for your missed appointment. If you call to reschedule your appointment with less than 24-hours notice, this is considered a late cancellation and you will be charged the $150 late cancelation fee.
Weather Policy
If there are school cancellations in your town or severe weather alerts in Southern Maine, we will hold a Telehealth session instead of an in-person session.
