Hart Foundation Inc provides compassionate outpatient psychological care in a supportive, affirming environment. We offer gender- and weight-inclusive services for individuals navigating disordered eating and eating disorders, as well as anxiety and mood concerns. Our goal is to help you feel understood, build coping skills, and move toward a more peaceful relationship with food, body, and self.
We understand the unique challenges that come with growing up and navigating early adulthood. Our practice specializes in supporting teens and emerging adults as well as their families.
We can help with concerns such as:
- Anxiety, stress, and burnout
- Depression and mood changes
- Eating and body image issues
- Trauma, grief, and loss
- Relationship, peer, and family difficulties
- Life transitions, identity, and self-esteem
- Physical health concerns and sport-related injuries
We use a collaborative, team-based approach—working (with your consent) with medical providers, social workers, dietitians, and, when appropriate, school, college, or athletic staff. This helps ensure that your care is coordinated, practical, and tailored to your daily life.
Our evidence-based treatment approaches include:
- Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
- Mindfulness-based therapies
- Family-Based Treatment (FBT), including the Maudsley Method
- Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP)
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
